Welcome!
Bridging the Worlds of Biotechnology and Business.
I'm fascinated by the intersection between groundbreaking discoveries in biotechnology and their strategic implementation within the business landscape. I wish to merge scientific innovation with areas like business development, client relations, product management, and strategic marketing.
A second year graduate student at NC State University pursuing a Professional Science Master (PSM) degree in Microbial Biotechnology by Spring 2025, I aim to complement my scientific expertise with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), graduating in Spring 2026.
Let's connect and explore the exciting possibilities at this intersection of science and business!
Master of Microbial Biotechnology (MMB)
I am pursuing a Professional Science Master (PSM) degree at North Carolina State University with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2025. I am structuring a dynamic curriculum that includes current biotechnology techniques integrated with business courses. Through this multifaceted coursework, I achieve a deeper understanding of the intersection of these fields to tackle complex issues. I am eager to innovate and take on the challenges of tomorrow's scientific world.
Business-Oriented Goals and Mindset
I am seeking a dual degree by further obtaining my Master in Business Administration (MBA) by Spring 2026. The MMB program offers a unique mix of business electives amongst scientific integration. My interest lay in pairing modern scientific advancements with strategic marketing, client relations, and product development. I look forward to gaining real-world experience and industry understanding.
B.A. Biology with focus on Environmental Health
In Spring 2020, I earned my B.A. Biology with a focus on environmental health from NC State. Since graduation, I have been working at the US Environmental Protection Agency as a cell culture specialist and lab manager in the Inhalation Toxicology Branch. My dedication to community health began during my undergraduate studies, where I was fortunate to participate in toxicology research and a variety of initiatives aimed at improving public health.
